Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Order Policy

A pre-order lets you reserve an upcoming item from toylaz.com before it is released, so you're guaranteed one when it arrives. This policy explains how pre-orders work.

Estimated Arrival Dates

Each pre-order product shows an estimated arrival month (for example, "Estimated to Arrive in July 2026"). These dates are provided by the manufacturer and are estimates only — they can change if the manufacturer adjusts the release. If the date changes significantly, we'll do our best to keep you informed by email.

Payment

Payment is collected in full when you place your pre-order. This reserves your item and locks in your price, even if the retail price increases later.

When Your Order Ships

Pre-order items ship as soon as they arrive at our warehouse, after our standard handling time of 2–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once it's on the way.

Orders With Both Pre-Order and In-Stock Items

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order ships together once the pre-order item is available. To receive your in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order.

Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund to your original payment method. Just contact us with your order number. Once an item has shipped, our standard Refund & Return Policy applies.

Delays

Occasionally manufacturers delay a release. If this happens, your pre-order remains reserved at your locked-in price, and you're welcome to cancel for a full refund at any point before it ships.
