Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped from the United States. We are committed to getting your collectibles to you quickly and safely.
Order Processing (Handling Time)
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days within the United States after the order has shipped. Total estimated delivery time is approximately 5–10 business days from the date the order is placed (handling + transit).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we email a tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page.
Incorrect Addresses & Delays
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high demand; we appreciate your patience.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or is lost or stolen in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.
